LONDON, GREAT BRITAIN – In a decidedly bold move by Britain's
House of Lords, a formal decree has been made that kittens and puppies
are officially “too cute” and need to cease their cuteness at
once.
Lord Gropelington of Nugellshire has been the most vocal on this
matter, bringing 16 related bills before the House of Lords
since late 1999. “I do not understand why it took this long to get this
in place,” stated Gropelington, L. “I believe it to be very important
to curtail this rampant cuteness that is filling our great nation with
happiness
and general good feelings. Especially for the children.”
Prime Minister Tony Blair has not yet answered requests for a
statement, however it is believed that the entire House of Commons
believes this bill to be of much less importance than their own
regarding flowers smelling too nice.
